The client agreement allows us to formalize the onboarding process of working with us. Taking action on this form starts your relationship as a client of ours and gives us the greenlight for starting billable projects on behalf of your organization. Rates
Longleaf Digital bills at an hourly rate of $60 an hour. Clients are billed for time worked rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment. This may include, but is not limited to; web development, design, strategy, data management, and training.

Invoicing
We invoice at the beginning of each month for work done in the previous month. Invoices are issued via email. Invoices are due 30 days upon receipt, unless previously arranged.

Budgeting and Estimates
To help you meet your budget expectations, we are happy to provide you with estimates, advice, and hours reports. Estimates are our best approximations, but are not guaranteed. At your request we are happy to regularly provide you with the most current time and cost reports. However, you retain full responsibility for and control over your budget goals.

Sensitive Data and Client Privacy
Longleaf Digital will use best practices when storing and interacting with sensitive client information. This may include passwords and authentication information, or billing information. We will never share data that belongs to a client without express permission.
